Hi!

We are Maru and Nicole, and together we have more than 10 years of combined experience in various fields pertaining to realty.

Maru was born in Mexico City and has worked with various real estate firms thoughout her career. She decided to move to Merida 5 years ago, in order to enjoy a better quality of life accompanied by her husband and two boys. 

Nicole was born in Houston, Texas and since she has lived in New Orleans, Miami, Mexico City and Lima-Peru, before moving to Merida 5 years ago. This has been the best decision she has ever made, she is rocking the real estate business, while enjoying the sunny beaches and quality time with her 2 daughters. 

We are so glad we get to live in the beautiful city of Merida and therefore be able to guide you each step of the way, towards finding your perfect home or investment property.

We are both bilingual (English and Spanish) and we know the ins and outs when it comes to Mexican realty. We are professionals with an impeccable career as certified brokers in Mexico, hence you can feel comfortable, and secure while we handle the hard work.
